Returns & Refunds

At C Faces, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds, except in the case of a problem with the product. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or refund. We will require a photo of the damaged or defective item as well as the order number and your contact information. Once we receive this information, we will process your refund or send you a replacement product.If you have any questions or concerns about our return and refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
